Welcome to the Hampshire Museums and Galleries Trust Corporate Hospitality web pages

On this website you will find described twenty-one geographically selected venues all offering a diversity of facilities for you to consider for your corporate, or private event.

Collectively we have tried to cater for those companies looking for an 'unusual' venue, either indoors or outdoors, venues that can accommodate small groups for presentations or meetings, through to large auditorium for celebratory events or private functions. Furthermore, we can offer a group of nearby facilities for team building events, training opportunities and as backdrops for advertising and film work.

These facilities are on offer to all companies (whether they are sponsors of the Trust or not) and are extremely flexible in terms of bookable periods, cost and adaptability to suit a company's requirements. Similarly, whilst some sites do have on-site catering, in the majority of cases you would be able to bring in your own caterers, subject to Hampshire County Council approval - we can also provide you with a list of approved caterers.

All sponsors of the Trust (listed within) can use Hampshire Museums Service facilities as an extension of their existing contract. Those companies who are not sponsors will be charges a facility fee plus the cost of necessary additional staff, over and above those required for a normal staffing rota; hence daytime events tend to be at a lower rate than those held in the evening.
